RASPBERRY SHORT CAKE IMPERIAL STOUT

A a triple stack of oozy chocolate flavours from dehusked roast malt, dark roasted crystal malt and chocolate malt. Fresh, juicy berry flavours from the addition of raspberry puree to the fermenter. All hugged by a Shortcake crust of English Marris otter, layers of crystal malts and vanilla.
This warming, boozy number is sweet like a dessert from a naturally high finishing gravity, not from the addition of additives such as lactose.
